John Keats - O Blush Not So!

John Keats - O Blush Not So!

O BLUSH not so! O blush not so! br Or I shall think you knowing; br And if you smile the blushing while, br Then maidenheads are going. br br There's a blush for want, and a blush for shan't, br And a blush for having done it; br There's a blush for thought, and a blush for nought, br And a blush for just begun it. br br O sigh not so! O sigh not so! br For it sounds of Eve's sweet pippin; br By these loosen'd lips you have tasted the pips br And fought in an amorous nipping. br br Will you play once more at nice-cut-core, br For it only will last our youth out, br And we have the prime of the kissing time, br We have not one sweet tooth out.
