Ecuadoran President Rafael Correa denounced the US blockade of Cuba and criticized Washington for ignoring demands from almost the entire international community to end the policy. He said it was unfortunate that there is no international system of justice to compell the US to heed the almost unanimous global consensus against the blockade.
