Revenge- the feeling from an angered heart! br That gushes like a fountain from the start, br Or hits the foe like an arrow or dart, br From which the embittered mind cannot part. br br The victim’s mind seeks to avenge the crime br Done by the perpetrator with more time; br A strong emotion that makes the mind work br To lift the ‘Fish off water like a Stork.’ br br The wound in the victim’s heart is so great; br It craves for justice with every heart-beat! br And the fire of revenge gets smothered when, br One gets over his high-strung feeling, then! br br Revenge isn’t a good thing to be nurtured; br One’s personality is too much fractured.
