Rajaram Ramachandran - God Is The Real Owner

Rajaram Ramachandran - God Is The Real Owner

'My Master, the peace of mind br For me, where shall I find? br I am, day by day, restless br With my mind peace less.' br br A king went all the way br To the forest one day br And before his kind master, br Knelt down with this prayer. br br 'Oh king, give up your throne br In favour of your only son br And peace you'll find here br In this forest, with no fear.' br br 'Oh master, my son br Is too young to own br The burden of my throne br If he's left to rule alone.' br br His master then said br 'The power you shed br Why not I take over br From this very hour? ' br br 'You feel yourself free br And sit under this tree, br With nothing to worry, br While I rule your country.' br br With the king's consent br At that very moment br The master took control br Of the kingdom's rule. br br The king wanted to leave br Elsewhere outside to live br But wasn't allowed to go br As his master said 'No.' br br 'You'll from this moment br Be not a king, but a servant br Of mine to rule the country br On a monthly paid salary.
