How do I paint happy? br How do I paint sad? br How do I paint angry, br when someone makes me mad? br br How do I paint feelings? br They're not somethin' that you see. br And yet, they're so important br in my pictures about me. br br Today I thought about it. br I think what I will do - br is paint what feelings stand for. br It's easy I think, too. br br When I'm feelin' happy, br I'll paint the sky bright blue. br If sad is what I'm feeling, br then the tears I'll paint are, too. br br If what I feel is angry, br I'll paint my mouth a great big 'O', br 'cause Mommy says 'bout angry, br 'Get it out, then let it go.'br br C.J.
