Rabindranath Tagore - The Boat

Rabindranath Tagore - The Boat

I must launch out my boat. br The languid hours pass by on the br shore---Alas for me! br br The spring has done its flowering and taken leave. br And now with the burden of faded futile flowers I wait and linger. br br The waves have become clamorous, and upon the bank in the shady lane br the yellow leaves flutter and fall.
