Gloomy faces in grocery stores br Traverse the aisles of the vegetables. br No one seems happy plotting out br And paying for their sustenance, br But personally, I adore br Every bag of gorgeously orange carrots br And the lovely dark green broccoli. br br And how divine to see Italian wine br Or recently baked apple pies, br Sometimes I can’t believe my eyes br To be in such a beautiful place! br br In reverence I bow my head, br I can’t wait to go home and say my prayers br And break my bread.
