I’m writing the poetry of fragile souls br Sitting quietly in the broken sunlight br Of hopeful but fleeting romance. br br I’m gazing into the nearly tearful eyes br Of beautiful women paralyzed br By lost love or unhappy lives, br Waiting for kisses br That somehow missed their lips. br br And I want to breathe in their rooms, br Be by their side through turbulent moods, br Find the key to unlock their dreams br Currently hidden in emotional vaults br Or shelved somewhere by men who don’t care. br br And the feminine mystery of the eternal Goddess br Continues to relentlessly and mystically possess me, br Aphrodite guides me into pleasant meditation.
