Herbert Nehrlich - Brown Bear

Herbert Nehrlich - Brown Bear

The dampness woke him. br He stretched into a furry thing br which could not be made out br here in the darkness of the cave. br br Went back to sleep on pointed rocks, br with bats a-coming and a-going, br and dreams of her, at home in bed br she was no hunter, after all, no way. br br Her hair so soft, coarse curls aplenty, br he scratched and stroked with care. br It was a miracle that hibernation br was on the mind of that brown bear.
