Christmas time is getting near br I don't have much Christmas cheer br Pain from the past much on my mind br To all my loved ones, I'll be kind br Thinking about those, I lost in the past br Wanting this to be over, pretty fast br Don't want to shop or go to the store br For me this year a real sad chore br I don't even want to put up a tree br But I can't think about only me br I'll have to wear a mask this year br And hope I don't shed a single tear br My family needs to think I'm happy br I'll hide my feeling's, feeling crappie br Merry Christmas to all of you br And I will smile, as if on cue!br br Donna Nimmobr br
