God helped me wade through problems galore but, br My thoughts are pessimistic to the core; br I live in luxury: Yet, want a hut! br I wonder what the future has in store! br br The tougher part of life’s journey seems o’er; br I long to have reprieve prolonged in time; br I yearn to be a regular Church-goer! br Lord, Usher in a favorable clime! br br The future looks fearsome and depressing! br The Lord who stood by me will not fail me; br He knows when to bestow a great blessing; br My human heart and mind appear wary! br br I trust in God and move full steam ahead; br Despite life’s thorns, God gives a rosy bed! br br Copyright by Dr John Celes 3-25-2006br br Dr John Celesbr br
