Ruth warren - Alone So Alone

Ruth warren - Alone So Alone

I hang my head in my burning palms, br tears sting against my soul, searching br for the calm. Heartaches like never br before, broken, so lonely and torn. br br Never to see the light, no tunnel to br be seen, sitting here alone, within my br silent screams. No hand to reach for, no br one to hold me close, I have never br felt so alone. br br No one to pull me to safety, no one to br turn to, just broken hearted, searching br for life anew. No embrace, just tears br that fall down my face. br br No guarantees on life or love, nothing br but dark clouds linger above. The world br tightens her grip with every breath I take, br making the next step impossible to take. br br Alone in a world, the void is here, taking br over my being, taking my life, but in this br void I lose the strife. Haunting thoughts br consume me, just looking through these br tears, just wanting to be free.
