In times of trouble, when all seems lost br & no good outcome can be found, br our beings are shaken, emotions tossed br & our own feet can't hold the ground, br br when all words & voices fail br & nothing can be said or done, br we must surrender, not loose a hail br of curses, spew anger at the Sun br br & Moon or all the planets & attendant Gods. br This process is always hard to do br but we must strive against all odds br for in reflection later we might rue br br words uttered in futility & in haste: br our spirits wounded; our humanity laid waste.
