Yaks are wonderful br but they make terrible cheese. br Their nature is kind and gentle br unlike the spitting llama; br sometimes you may hear them br in the small hours of the night br talking quietly among themselves. br They are dreamy animals br much given to flights of fancy br but their manners are perfect, br old-fashioned and gentlemanly. br So far no-one has explained br why their cheese is so terrible. br Philosophers and gourmets br have long debated the issue, br even held joint symposia br on the subject but still they are baffled, br and the matter remains open for debate. br The cheese of cows, goats, and even br sheep is much to be preferred; br if you take my advice, br you will eschew yak cheese — br it really is terrible.
