A flood of memories rise in my head br As i sit back br Pulling myself away from the computer chair br Glancing out from my cubicle thru the window br I see a man with his son br They are together and having so much fun br Memories of my dad come rushing in br As he chased me thru the gardens br And bribed me on my way to school br Thru chocolates, icecreams and an evening in the club pool br Everything seems so fresh.......every part br As if they were all archived in my heart br I can feel my body burning in this heat br Wish i could end it all br The same way when i press CTRL+ALT+DELETE br Suddenly! the office clock strikes 'six' br 'Time to leave' says a friend....'Got my dad's car to fix' br I am so tired of this loneliness br Just for the sake of earning my daily bread br My feet take me some place br Cut n pasted from the office to the holy space br Sitting on the steps br I stare at the temple dome br Its been a year DAD....i hvnt been home.
