Uriah Hamilton - The Fragile Life Of Humans

Uriah Hamilton - The Fragile Life Of Humans

A young mother br And a six year old daughter br Were crossing a busy intersection br To go to a public library. br The small girl was dancing br All gleeful and happy br On her way to check out books, br But her mother was walking slowly br With delicate, painful steps and required a cane. br I pondered what was the reason for this? br She is thirty at the most! br Perhaps, she suffered a car accident, br Maybe a sports-related injury, br Maybe a birth defect, br But it made me all heartbroken and sad br And I wanted to cry br For the fragile life of humans.
