Ashish Ram - Lost Complaint

Ashish Ram - Lost Complaint

The day was fine and sunny br And there i was on my balcony br Smoking my favourite ciggy br As i listened to a symphony. br Happiness seemed to be all around br Joy was in the air br Like it had no bounds. br Suddenly my eyes fell on my neighbours brand new car br Then there was my old bike a little distance afar. br Grumpiness and jealousy now crept inside of me br My smile was lost as also my glee. br Cudnt help complaining..My neighbours so well-off. br Then why am i victim of God's scoff? ? br My eyes caught something on the road br It was bustling with traffic in loads. br There in the middle was a man br He was pulling a cart full of metal cans. br He seemed to have crossed his retirement age br Maybe he was pulling the cart just to earn his daily wage. br He seemed hungry....his stomach was stuck to his spine br Cudnt help askin God..'How can you be so unkind.? ' br The man's legs seemed to be shaking br I felt like his bones were cracking. br The man seemed like he didnt desire any material comfort br Yet was pulling the cart with all his efforts. br I asked myself..'Why do i whine? ' br I know my life is better than him a million times br That poor man had cleared my doubt br Wondered wat i was complaining all about.
