I sat there my head bowed in dejection br It had been a long search br But now that it was ended br I did not know what to do with what I had in my hand br br I was afraid to say, “Lord help me” br I was afraid to lift my eyes us up to Him br Yes, I was afraid to come into his presence br Because what I had thought through in my search, br Was most outrageous and horrific. br br How it had started I know br Looking back I allow I am to blame br Even though they say it takes two to tango. br However I can only say, ‘mea culpa’. br But I just do not know how I came to this end-situation br That I am sitting here with this rope in my hand.
