Halloween,2007 br The 'guest' arrived in droves br Until finally a straggler came almost too late, br While in the shadows an adult waited. br br 'Trick or Treat' was whispered br Almost too quite to hear br Unless you were at the door, standing near. br This one had no idea of what to fear. br br Candy for the treat was offered br With no questions asked. br 'What tricks might be in store? ' br There was silence, nothing more. br br 'What a costume you have br So pretty and nice br Just the one for this Halloween.' br br And the most beautiful words to hear: br 'My Mom Made It!
