The 4th of July Activities br Are something we all enjoy br It’s the one day that’s set aside br For every adult, girl and boy br br First we’re honoring our country br With the colors red, white and blue br Brilliant fireworks light the sky br That depicts our freedom pure and true br br The entire day is set aside as well br For family and friends to meet br So much fun is had by everyone br That every year it’s a day we repeat br br And the food is so delicious br Outside on the summer grill br Along with watermelon and salads br You eat till you get your fill br br Flags are flown and waved br To show how proud we are br Of our country strong and beautiful br We have come so very far br br So we listen to God Bless America br And we play games and eat all day br That’s why we love the 4th of July br It’s the true American way!br br Marilyn Lottbr br
