Well, years ago I went down br to MacDonald's in the Embarcadero br in SF for breakfast, br and I read the menu and felt hungry, br but didn't want to just give myself br to the huge, corporate Octopus, br br so instead of ordering the Hotcakes br on the menu, I said br 'I'll have an order of Flapjacks! ' br br 'Flapjacks? ' said the counter guy. br 'We don't have Flapjacks! br We just have Hotcakes.' br br 'Well, I want Flapjacks, ' I said. br 'Bring me Flapjacks, br or say goodbye br to my business. Maybe br I should talk br to the Manager.' br br The Manager came out. br 'May I help you, sir? ' br 'Yes, I want Flapjacks! I was told br you only have Hotcakes. That's br not what I want.' br br He flashed br a Manager's smile. br 'One order of Flapjacks br coming up! ' he said.
