Edgar Rendon Eslit - Genesis to genocide

In the beginning there was only God br The earth was without form and void br And God said br “Let there be light” br And God saw the light br He called the light the first day br “Let there be a firmament” br “Let the waters gathered together” br “Let the earth bring forth grass” br “Let the waters bring forth the moving creature” br God created the fishes br And God blessed them br “Let the earth bring forth plants and Cattle” br Then He made man in his own image and likeness br “And let them have dominion on all creatures” br And God blessed them br To subdue the earth br And God saw everything good br There was evening and there was morning—the sixth day. br God rested on the seventh br Now man exercises his dominion br First, created his high-tech world br Control his days and nights br Decided to rule everything on earth br He knows no boundaries nor rest br Man saw all of them so beautiful br Beyond his subsistence and whims br He created submarines for the waters br Fighter planes for the sky br Tanks to roam the earth br And soldiers to obey his commands.
