It's time to take a closer look br This past year's written in my book br Some things I wrote in great despair br And others written without a care br I've had my ups and downs that's true br And must admit I have no clue br What things will change in this new year br I only ask for vision clear br So I don't make the same mistakes br Let me distinguish truth from fakes br It certainly would make life grande br If I remember a helping hand br Is always better than one that takes br For when I grab it only makes br Me happy for a fleeting time br There still remains that hill to climb br br I think I'll climb it with my friends........................
