As we venture towards another year, br I sit and reflect on the passing one. br A year that has been filled br with surprises from start to finish. br The biggest surprise br is the love and friendship br that has greeted me br from all the four corners of the world. br My cup runneth over br with the joys that it has brought br to this heart of mine. br It is hard to believe br and I am still pinching myself br to prove that it is real. br I could never have imagined br at this time last year. (2006) br that I would be writing this br to say thank you to everyone. br The joy of just one friend br is something to rejoice for, br but to having hundreds br is surely a blessing from God. br br This year has taught me br many things about my life br and the way we should live. br Caring for others, br everyone we meet, br stretching out a helping hand br to everyone in need. br Never giving cross words, br there is no need for them, br when our love br will always make amends. br So yes, this passing year to me br has been a very memorable one. br Into the next, I’ll stride br with hope that I can help more br than I did this year. br Making more people smile br and bring more love and good cheer. br To all my friends out there br around the world br I am wishing you br a very happy and prosperous br New Year (2008) ahead. br If it is to be, br like this year for me. br It will certainly be a good br and Happy New Year indeed.
