Opening up my treasure chest br of memories, I alowed myself br to indulge with a memory only br shared between us two br br Looking into the scrap book with br all your clippings underlining your br name with red, the aroma of happiness br rushed in br br As I looked into the middle I found the br coursage inwhich I wore to our seinor br prom, still crushed but never touched br br Finding the memories that bonded us br for the first time, the notes you wrote br and every letter while you were away br br Searching for the birthday card inwhich br made me cry, I opended and read each br and every word again, like the first time br br Kneeling looking out my window with the sun br shining in my hair, I looked into a mirror br and wondered, would you still see me the br same way br br Sitting with a small smile on my face, silly br tears fell into view, my oh my what a sentimental br fool I am today br br As I reached the bottom, I had not forgotten br the part that made me remember you the most br br Held on it for a moment and then let it go, but br I am happy, happy to have a treasure full of br happinessbr br Bonnie Collinsbr br
