t was a typical winter day br As I went for a little drive br I wanted to celebrate br For winter had arrived br br I bundled up and took br My morning country trip br But as I got out of my car br I was careful I didn’t slip br br For the fields were white br The road was slick with ice br But everything was lacy br It looked so fresh and nice br br My world was transformed br To a winter wonderland br The ugly trees now lovely br Nature made its annual stand br br I hope you see the beauty too br ‘Course you’ll think about survival br When you have a white out scene br During nature’s winter arrival!br br Marilyn Lottbr br
