After the winter chill is gone br The spring flowers open up br The pink and white fruit blossoms br And lovely golden buttercup br br The bulbs swell and burst forth br To fill our world with color br Crocuses and daffodils br Bring smiles like no others br br And the lovely purple irises br Are such a treat to me br Rhododendrons and Azaleas br Are bold and stunning to see br br We love our springtime walks br In the gardens or at the park br As the fragrance fills the air br And the sound of a meadowlark br br Oh yes, it wakes up our world br Amongst the gentle showers br There is hope for a bright tomorrow br With the glorious spring Flowers!br br Marilyn Lottbr br
