Today is not a day for poetry... br it is a day for sketching - br br I shall take a blank page and br draw some lines... br fluent lines, like the lines br next to your eyes br br I shall draw the rain against br the window that reflects on br your cheeks... making you a br spotted eagle br br I shall draw the shadows cast br upon your face, of the branches br being shaken by the wind... making br you a fierce lion br br In the middle I shall put my mouth, br making a wet imprint where your br mouth would be... as things between br you and I should be br br then I shall draw my heart, br to cover your face, br your eyes, br your mouth, br your spots br and your fierceness, br br the lines flowing all over you, br and over this page br which is no longer br empty but full of the story of br you, br and me.
