Inday Prising - As I Lay Waiting

Inday Prising - As I Lay Waiting

Ignorance is once again upon me br Embracing me into this impasse br Dissipated clouds witness my reverie br As I take this feeling to a new degree br br Dried yellow leaves of the old oak keeps falling br Dreary breezes of the night remains burning br Not a star above the sky is twinkling br But the moon above keeps brightly shining br br I close my eyes as I lay here waiting br The sojourn cold leaves my hands shivering br Then renders my limping body quivering br Etherized, laying, as if I am dying br br Exhausted with all this pointless running br Can’t seem to stop desperately dreaming br I see myself continuously falling br As everything around me is fading br br I hear only deafening silence screaming br Within my ears it is heartlessly asking br “…why can you not stop crying, br …for someone who is not even trying” br br As I take this feeling to a new degree br Dissipated clouds witness my reverie br It’s embracing me into this impasse br For ignorance is once again upon me br br br ~mingbr br Inday Prisingbr br
