I Saw The Day br As I felt the night br And people surrounded me. br The night set in br And the people didn't know br I saw it in their every grin. br br Not just fake hair br And false eyelashes too. br Those things couldn't bother me. br Finger Nails or not br Or breast implants br It was their spirit br Where I experienced the fault. br br It wasn't in the toupes br Or the musle bound strength br The vehicles or the cash. br But it was deep within br Their desired motive of intent br Where they tried to inger br My heart with a gash. br br I strained to keep the sun shinning br I faught hard and kept the day. br I saw Night on the horizon br That's when I begin to pray. br The darkness never reached me br As I begin to welcome it in br Because I knew through me br The change would come br And night would be made day again.
