Patsy seemed content br to sit in the doorway br or on the deck...but br still was wary of coming br into the house. br Maria said 'maybe br if we set up her own room, br she will feel safe.' br So they decided upon br the storage room br where they found many br things left by the previous owner br Tony...including a baby crib. br Coach br 'Tony was an 88 year old br gay bachelor, I don't even want br to think about why he might br have a baby crib.' br They made up a bed and br litter box for Patsy, br put Chumly in the back yard, br and enticed her into the room br with some chicken. br br But once they closed the door, br Patsy set about whining and crying br not letting either of them br touch her....Maria knelt down br and cooed to Patsy to soothe her br and then used her long hair br like a toy to get her to play... br to forget her cattiness br just for a minute... br br The gentleness of Maria's voice, br the tenderness and patience br she used for the little cat... br turned Coach on...and suddenly br he was swept with passion br and threw some blankets down br and grabbed Maria and without br a word between them they br started to make love and Coach br was blind with a heat he hadn't br felt in a long time and was br completely lost in the moment br when suddenly Maria br started laughing, not gently, br but huge guffaws... br Coach was completely bewildered br and hurt and let down br so to speak br while Maria continued to laugh br then pointed and there sat br Patsy in the baby crib br staring out through the wooden bars br with the most innocent face br and completely quiet... br watching the two of them go at it... br so now Coach couldn't br quit laughing and Chumly br somehow got in the room br and Maria said br 'Our family is now complete.
