Some people are like trees br or so it seems br if you get what I mean. br br Some are strong as an oak. br Some live as long as redwoods br bending with the wind. br Some like sugar maples br snap with a gust of wind. br br A few people are like some other trees. br Think about the crab apple tree br and you will see what I mean. br br Some weep like a willow; br Some all peaches and cream. br Then there are the pear, apple, prune and plum. br br A prune is just a plum. br What’s a fig without a leaf? br Some need that fig leaf to cover their blushing cheeks. br Some choose the elm. br No need to go to extremes. br Of that I wouldn’t dream br even though I know some people are like some other trees.
