As a cell, I float around br I am just another night’s pleasure br My goal is my mom’s womb br Am I a problem or a treasure? br br I finally reach my home br Peaceful, safe and straight br My joy, words can’t tome br To be born, I simply await br br I’ll breathe the fresh air br And be the way I should br I’ll always say a little prayer br I will always smile, I would br br As I silently lay in your womb br Waiting to come out, a happy child br I knew not, I was to go to my tomb br If I had known, I would have gone wild! br br I can hear my mom scream br And feel her painful heart br I am sure it’s no wicked dream br I know not, within days I will part! br br My parents decide, another way br “Not this, not now” they say br To hear, I tried all the way I could br But I knew, it was no good br br My baby mind screams all it can br To be alive for one more day br I cry, I weep, I moan, I wail br But no one hears my say! br br Alas!
