i did my walk today br a mile and a half each way br it may not be much to the younger generation br but! it fills me with exhilaration. br br the walk opens my mind so it can see br all the beauties that GOD gave to me. br br and as i do my daily walk br people will stop to talk br we'll talk about the beauty of the day br and it seems that time slips away. br br when i get back to the house br i have a confrontation with my spouse. br 'what took you so long, and where did you go br or is it that you're walking slow' br br the arguing is not a beauty to me br it is just a mystery. br why is health so hard to understand br it is giving us a helping hand. br to live and see what the LORD has provided br this is HIS word, you can not hide it. br br do for yourself and I will help you br 'this is so very true' br put your faith in the LORD above br for HE has given us perfect love. br br i am filled with sensation br of GODS beauties and creations br so i do my daily walk br and with HIM i will talk.
