Yesterday it was so beautiful br A sparkling sunny day of newborn September br My ears could hear br High-pitched cackles all around me br My eyes could see br Stunning milky-white skin wrapped in br Valentino chiffon silk dress br Asthenic right hand holding br A Gucci crystal clutch bag br White Gold Ruby and Diamond Medallion Pendant br Scintillating around her slender neck br In atrophic left wrist she was br Wearing a white gold Rolex masterpiece br Glossy-coral, kiss-proof lipstick having a golden sheen br Dancing on her tender lips br Curved eye lashes strengthened with br Dior waterproof Mascara br Acrylic sculpted nails br Ignorant of the pain br Which my dried skin could suffer… br br Today sun is at the same setting br And the day is not bad at all br The door moved slowly br And she entered br Like west wind forgot her way today br White- Sateen, long- sleeved gown br Falling from neck to below her ankles br No single millimeter of milky-white skin br My transparent eyes could capture br Except her lusterless face br Streaked brunette hair, all covered with br Sheer black, Cashmere- Linen scarf br No more diamonds, rubies or gold br No more Gucci, Dior or Rolex br Sleepy, wet and lifeless eyes br Fixed on the dry floor br Dehydrated lips br Afraid of uttering even a single word… br br Shockingly, I asked; br Why, what happened? br She replied in a soulful tone, br “I am fasting today…” br br br Sep 02,2008br br Dr Kamran Haider Bukharibr br
