There is something beautiful in a Robin's song. br br br The Robin's Song br by Barbara Lynn Terry br br br To the nest a twig he did bring br And setting it in place he did sing br His song of pure delight br As the sun chased away the night. br br The robin's song br Goes out along br The currents of air br With a melody so fair. br br Then he flew away again br Only to bring another thing br As he did his best br To build this nest br Where his young would grow br And his song would flow. br br This song I have heard br Through all these years br That chased my fears br And put me at ease br So now I can rest at least br In blissful peace.
