I call him the 'Bulldog' br for he was tenacious and resourceful. br In a tournament in Salt Lake br I saw him turn a draw into a win. br That same day, he did a great job br changing a loss to a draw. Just when you br thought he had no chance, his great Pirc br Defense would turn the trick. br Idaho's son, he was the greatest one, br a tough opponent we won't forget soon. br I always wanted to play him but never did. br Savvy folks know he hailed from Idaho br and will be remembered there forever.
