Heartache is a hand-me down br br br br Yes it happens over again. br We love, we lost we feel we never win. br br But, somehow we heal and try to erase all the heartache that has traveled and found its place. br br Life brings us sadness, br Life brings us shame. br Yet somehow or another it brings us a way. br To discover that love that we so selfishly take, br To turn heartache into happiness and begin with this new phase…. br br Heartache is a hand-me down….. br Long ago left behind, br It’s traveled the miles and walked that steady line. br br It does not choose who’s heart to brake it only happens once the heart takes. br That step towards that feeling of ever after and love. br That I can’t live without you feeling, that some of us know and trust. br br Then when you least expect it, along comes that hand. br Heartache beckons, and you stand down and feel, br All that anger and resentment that no one understands, br And why does this keep happening, you only want a loving hand. br br Again you’re left with the heartache. br The sadness and blame, br That hurt beyond all heartache that this will never end. br Hurt is to heal, as love is to hurt. br Together in its circle, it will work. br br Heartache is that hand me down, br That not all us want, br We want the smiles and the laughter. br But, please leave out the tears and fears. br br Everyday it happens, every moment it comes. br Every lifetime we spend we will be surrounded by love. br Just accept it as it’s given and live it while you can, br Know that it could be forever, and hope that it will never end.
