Loyd C. Taylor - The Sting

Loyd C. Taylor - The Sting

Now you may laugh until you cry, br At this poetic story-like tale; br But before I start, I cross my heart, br That this story is true as well. br br I planned to watch the evening news, br So, I plopped down, a normal thing; br Then on my tender tooshie, br I felt a terrible, burning sting! br br I squeezed my half eaten orange, br Around the room juice did fly; br Like a drum, my heart beat fast, br Lord knows, I thought I would die! br br So I hurried to the bedroom, br My shifty wife acting fast; br Quickly pulled down my spandex, br That bee’s sting would be his last. br br He fluttered and buzzed in circles, br As if he was laughing right at me; br But before I could dish out his due, br I swear he died from the glee.br br Loyd C.
