Dear Lord, who is this man you have sent? br He has dried the tears that ran as blood br From my eyes. I repented my sins within Lent, br And prayed to remove the Thorn; Wipe the mud br From my eyes, and now I look into a blue ocean br That gazes right back...so steadfast, so placid. br A feeling of love so strong with barely a notion br Of what once before left me barren and rancid. br A man of this making is a rare find, indeed. br He has taken the Thorn from hy heart br And sealed it with a kiss so warm; not in greed, br Or lust...It is only time now keeping us apart. br So scared was i before br Of the love, care and dedication he has to offer. br Love is, yet again, tapping on the door br To the soul within my heart. Why then should i stop Her? br This time, She has no limits, restrictions, or secrets. br This time, there is no 'lets see' or 'maybe'. br From Your heart, he was made, and in mine, I keep it. br Keep the man who does not see what I see br In he.
