Was deep in thought… thinking of you today br Over cooked my porridge…burnt the toast. br What was so important… that I thought the most? br br Was it my concern for your well being? br Was that what it was? br I could have thought that later I guess br But wanted to think then…just because. br br Because you are in need of prayer and thought br Since you’re not doing much of that yourself. br It seems you’ve placed all your needs br Placed them on some distant forgotten shelf. br br So I’m going to make another pot of porridge br And try to make some toast. br And sit and think about you my friend br For all your aspirations, dreams and hopes.
