Over a shallow grave of blood and flesh br a mere fistful of tears are flung. br Brief life with questionable purpose; br unseen, unheard, unsung. br br Untold life will soon be forgotten- br Tiny flicker of hope it once held br of unseen tears, unheard laughter, br and unsung lullabies before bed. br br So life goes on behind a false facade, br but the faintest grief still lingers. br And with it remains the tiny flicker of hope br still yearning to count tiny fingers.
