I’ve temporarily maybe…. lost my way br On this road… I seem to be traveling on. br I use to know and love a man br And at the time… had grown quite fond. br br But something happened somehow to change my view br Of how… I feel and see Him now. br I can’t seem to find my way back to Him br And strangely maybe don’t want to …somehow. br br Now I’ve heard it said… that He still resides in me br I don’t know why He would. br I haven’t done much to deserve His love br And wouldn’t want Him too… if I should. br br My thoughts are that Earth just happened br Some millions of years ago. br And that this man… they call the “Messiah” br Was just a man like me…you know? br br But if for some reason… He still chooses br To love me…no matter what. br I guess I will just have to let Him br But for now this door… is closed tightly shut! br br By: Linda Winchell br Copyright: 2009 br **Written for a lost soul.
