Bob Blackwell - A Poets Life (3)

Bob Blackwell - A Poets Life (3)

The beauty of our world, br now fills our poets mind, br words to form a nature poem br grow, to illustrate how natural, br how peaceful our world can be. br br All must see how wild mountain br streams can flow serenely down, br no hard and jagged rocks to hurt, br just soft grassy slopes that fall, br gently, they softly tumble down. br br They form a placid peaceful lake br where all still waters gather, br gaining strength to overcome br the storms of life to come. br br All must sit quiet, listen for the sounds br that come trickling through to help the br rivulets of mind, form the seas of hope, br and the calm oceans of tranquillity. br br Only then can flowers grow between the br hard rocks of reality, to let caring blossom, br fragrance of sharing multiply, and the love br of beauty touch, to form years of peace br throughout all the people of our world.
