krissi b'williams - NAIVE

I was so naive...to believe br every lie you spread...in every word you said......all untrue br i really, truly, honestly, believed in you....i gave you, my faith br all the vows and the oaths, were fake br i truly believed we were meant to be soulmates br it was our destiny, and fate br now, this reality reminds me br how i made such a terrible mistake br this relationship, i will use as a metaphor br the game of chess..............every move that we made br a piece slid across the board... br til i had no pieces, no more br except for the king, a metaphor that represents loves ring br you were very cunning, you beat me at my best br played me so well, CHECKMATE, ! my king (heart) fell br i used to laugh at women, who were weak br that always looked down, at the ground br catering only to their men.........when br their men would go and cheat, and were never discreet br and their women would justify it by saying, he still comes home to me br women that were filled with shame....mild and meek br spoke only when, the men gave them, permission to speak br i used to inwardly cower, at their wretched souls br look, and, behold, look at me now-that was then, and now its come full circle again.........by all your lies, that i will never comprehend br and the love you so willingly gave, was only pretend br so answer me this..why? ? ? why? ? ? even bother br becoming a black hearted robber br the lies you spoke with such a straight face br those words on which i choke upon, for i am disgraced br br diffently by you, but more so by me.....
