Palas Kumar Ray - Those Red Velvet Roses

Palas Kumar Ray - Those Red Velvet Roses

Those red velvet roses resembled my heart. br I wished to place them right beside yours' br in the pretext of wishing a very happy birthday to you. br br But they bloomed in the V.C's garden in literary form. br Stealing was only way out for me to get them I thought. br I didn't think it was a big crime that I must restrain. br br The night was dark and also I was in a black costume. br Hardly could anyone separate me from the darkness br as I slithered inside the rosy rows secretly scrawling. br br Only two things now glittered, my eyes and the scissors br as I plucked those roses and put them close to my heart br safely there within my robe, fresh and intact. br br Now that I think of those roses years ahead of time br I feel to know if they could reach there close to your heart br I feel to know if you could see the thief and separated his wishes from them! br br br br br br br br br br br © Palas Kumar Ray.All rights reserved.
