Lonnie Hicks - Wallowings

Lonnie Hicks - Wallowings

I am in the Wallowing- br there I find my best and worse. br br Pity-Wallow is where I focus br all on my self and go inward br for long moments of pity-filled indulgence of self. br br Sorrow-Wallow allows me to grieve br on my own terms, yet not really suffer br too much. br br Wallow-Defeats are my best br and where I re-learn over and over again br not to regret. br br Good Wallow where I learn lessons br over and over again- br Down is the best way Up; br Out is the best way Back: br br Wallow-Defeat is the path to Happiness- br if you Wallow quietly and accept br that a Good Wallow is where you br plan for the Wallow-Through br not stop and rest amid your Wallowings. br br As my Mother used to say: br br 'Cry and Wallow that's ok br but use the time to plan to get br back on your feet again.' br A good Wallow is a terrible thing to waste.
