Barbara Lynn Terry - A Remembrance Of My Grandma Dolly

This is a tribute to the lady I call Grandma Dolly who was and still is my inspipration to the being the woman that I am today. I remember her and her family very fondly. br br br br A Remembrance Of My Grandma Dolly. br by Barbara Lynn Terry br br br br The love I feel in my heart br will always be a part br of what is in my soul br because I am whole. br br Even though not yet complete br the love I feel is no small feat br because it takes courage br strength and a solid will. br br Grandma Dolly instilled in me br way before the dark days came br that always strong I should be br and never to forget to see. br br Because though our eyes play br tricks on us, we still must say br that in our souls we are pure br now and into our future. br br She taught me right from wrong br and today I can say I am strong br in my will to walk proud br keeping my head out of the clouds. br br Grandma Dolly told me one day, br that never to a stranger say br 'begone! ' Because they br just might not obey. br br She was my teacher, my light br and she always believed I might br be able to carry the torch of life br through dark days and clear night. br br Grandma Dolly, Grandpa Jack, br Auntie Caroline, and Uncle Johnny, br were there when I was slack br and through faith brought me back. br br They raised me for ten years br through laughter and tears br as their very own child br and taught that girls are never wild. br br I remember her now when I need br her words of wisdom to heed br to bring me out of the gloom br that could mean my doom.
