Ahmad Shiddiqi - I gave myself freedom from boredom

I gave myself freedom from boredom br From the leaves in the garden br To old toys in the garage br I had always been in one touch br But I suppose that in the end br Work without love is slavery br br People who studied have trouble br Thinking outside of the box br A good or a bad thing br Self-taught people always br Think outside of the box br They are more creative br Because they don't have br A ready made answer br To their problem br So they need to do br Some thinking first br br Since everyone was a little bit grand br In one way or another br Anybody who acted grand br Got the strawberry br br I tell you something br Never change what you are good at br Repetition is reputation br So this is what I do br I am obsessed by some themes br Life, death, love, war, peace, nature, human, religion br br I think it is important br To enjoy your art br For what it is br Rather than what it is worth br And to change these pieces occasionally br Is essential br br For my inspiration br I always wished br That I would pass br The Walt Whitman Grave Memorial br The Frederick Chopin Statue br The Pablo Picasso's Studio br You absolutely can't be indifferent br To special charm of them br And like Ralph Waldo Emerson said br I had to rub my eyes br To see if the sunbeam was no illusion br br Self-pride is one of the most br Important elements in life br So I want to offer an achievement br Something that people can be proud of br Something that they can naturally br Create a story around br Spread love and justice br It's nice to feel unique br In a good waybr br Ahmad Shiddiqibr br
