From the pit of my coldness br You burn me with acid-filled glares br Like I am nothing but garbage left to go stale br Out here I have no shelter from the rain. br br I wander hungrily through familiar streets br Looking for somewhere to belong br I am labelled as a leper amongst the sick br For you do not want to see or hear my pain. br br As I stand in the doorway of my despair br I watch the world from it’s shadows br I have become a phantom with no hope br For I have ran out of people to blame.br br J.
